Detoxing Green Jouic

Recipe

This juice tastes amazing during the summer. It is very hydrating, cooling, and detoxing. The best time to drink it is in the morning on an empty stomach, but it can be done at any time of the day. This juice tastes best and has the most nutritional value when it is fresh right after preparing it.

 Ingredients:

·      1 medium cucumber, organic, washed, with the peel

·      6-8 celery stalks with the leaves, organic

·      1 medium lemon, organic, washed well, with the peel

·      a few fresh mint leaves  

Method:

Run the ingredients through the juicer. Drink the juice right away and enjoy every drop!

If you don’t have a juicer, cut the veggies and the lemon into small chunks and place them in the blender. Add mint and blend everything very well. Pour the liquid into a cheese bag and squeeze the juice out into a glass or a bowl, leaving the pulp in the bag.
