Yoga for Midday Reset

Do you like a long Shavasana? Do you feel tired, less focused, crave coffee or sugar in the afternoon? If so, this class may be exactly what you need.

We will warm up, stretch and release built up energy during the first 45 minutes of gentle vinyasa, followed by 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra to rest, rejuvenate and recharge. Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep”, is a guided meditation practiced while lying comfortably. You remain aware as your body enters a state of deep rest between waking and sleeping. The practice uses body awareness, breathing and guided imagery to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, improve focus and promote deep rest and relaxation.
