Urszula Bunting is a founder of UB Well, LLC, with a mission to make yoga and lifestyle medicine possible for everyone. She is a yoga teacher, health and wellness coach, brain longevity specialist, and faculty member at the RRCC. Through her yoga classes, retreats, or individual coaching, she applies her knowledge and experience in lifestyle medicine, mind-body medicine, yoga, and Ayurveda to inspire and guide individuals and communities to live their full potential.

Tai Chi Retreat
Welcome Spring surrounded by nature at Sandstone Ranch practicing tai chi, self-care, and connecting to like-minded people. The retreat includes:
• Tai Chi Moving for Better Balance
• Qigong
• Lunch
• Tea
• Nature walk
• Time to relax, socialize, and have fun!
The number of participants is limited. Please register at least 3 days before the date of the retreat. Tai Chi experience is helpful but not necessary.
