9:30 AM - 10:30 PM: Women’s Circle, Setting Intentions, Guided Meditation

10:30 PM - 12:00 PM: Yoga - Hatha, Restorative, Pranayama

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Delicious, Nourishing Plant-Based Lunch

1:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Jewelry Making, Art Meditation, Writing, “Me” or social time

2:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Tai Chi and Qui Gong

3:00 PM - 3:30 PM: Closing Circle

Urszula Bunting is a founder of UB Well, LLC, with a mission to make yoga and lifestyle medicine possible for everyone. She is a yoga teacher, health and wellness coach, brain longevity specialist, and faculty member at the RRCC. Through her yoga classes, retreats, or individual coaching, she applies her knowledge and experience in lifestyle medicine, mind-body medicine, yoga, and Ayurveda to inspire and guide individuals and communities to live their full potential.

Welcome Spring surrounded by nature at Sandstone Ranch practicing tai chi, self-care, and connecting to like-minded people. The retreat includes:

• Tai Chi Moving for Better Balance
• Qigong

The number of participants is limited. Please register at least 3 days before the date of the retreat. Tai Chi experience is helpful but not necessary.
