You’ll take home a Gua-Sha tool for daily face massage, nourishing face oil, cozy socks, a journal and pen— and most importantly, a natural glow that lasts as long as you remember that it’s always within you, ready to shine.
Join us for an experience that nourishes your body, calms your mind, and fills your heart with joy and gratitude. Immerse yourself in yogic and Ayurvedic spa practices, and learn simple, effective techniques to care for your body for lasting beauty and vibrant health.

*If you join us on Zoom, you’ll attend live from 4:30 PM – 7:15 PM MST. Your wellness kit will be mailed to you in advance, along with simple instructions how to prepare your space for the most relaxing experience.

Urszula Bunting is a founder of UB Well, LLC, with a mission to make yoga and lifestyle medicine possible for everyone. She is a yoga teacher, health and wellness coach, brain longevity specialist, and faculty member at the RRCC. Tai Chi Retreat
Welcome Spring surrounded by nature at Sandstone Ranch practicing tai chi, self-care, and connecting to like-minded people. The retreat includes:

The number of participants is limited. Please register at least 3 days before the date of the retreat. Tai Chi experience is helpful but not necessary.
