Tai Chi Moving For Better Balance
This Tai Chi practice is based on the traditional Yang style. Modifications are designed to support all participants, no matter their level of fitness and experience with Tai Chi. Tai Chi has been proven to improve balance, gait, and coordination and help people feel calmer, more focused, and more confident.
The class is held outdoors in front of the Senior Center, free and open to everyone.

This Adult yoga class is for all levels, abilities, and experiences with yoga practice. It is a Vinyasa style (moving with the breath) practice at a moderate pace with Yin poses at the end. Our intention for this practice is to deliver calm, relaxing, and rejuvenating space in the studio and inside your body through yoga postures, breathwork, and the gentle guidance of an experienced yoga teacher.

Virtual Heart Centered Yin Yoga
Please join me for a free Virtual Yin Yoga from 6:30 to 7:45 PM Mountain Time on the eve of Valentine's Day to pause, relax, and feel the heart's healing energy.
This event is free, and everyone is welcome - with or without yoga experience.
For maximum experience, find a quiet space in your home, dim the lights, light a candle, and make yourself a cup of tea. You can also bring a journal or a piece of paper to write down what your heart wants you to know and remember.

Restorative Yoga at Lashley Station
This 90-minute class is offered once a month (usually on the first Friday of each month) through Longmont Recreation Center at Lashley Station. We rest and relax in restorative poses with props for comfort and extra support. This practice deeply rejuvenates, heals, and restores balance in the nervous system and physical body.
We have a tradition of staying after class for tea and connecting with others. Please join us if you can.
Please bring your yoga mat, two blankets or thick towels, two blocks or books/boxes, and a strap or a belt. If you can, stay for a few minutes after the class for a cup of tea and to connect with other participants.
