Tai Chi Moving For Better Balance

This Tai Chi practice is based on the traditional Yang style. Modifications are designed to support all participants, no matter their level of fitness and experience with Tai Chi. Tai Chi has been proven to improve balance, gait, and coordination and help people feel calmer, more focused, and more confident.

The class is held outdoors in front of the Senior Center, free and open to everyone.
