The event includes:
o Gentle Vinyasa yoga (in the morning)
o Restorative yoga (in the evening)
o Workshop on creating achievable goals
o Guided meditation to set the intentions
o Nature walk (weather permitting)
o Wholesome lunch

You will need a yoga mat, blanket or a thick towel, and one or two blocks.
