Join me for a free 60-minute Gratitude Yoga. The practice will include a gentle flow, breathwork, and a few restorative poses so that we can ground ourselves in presence and gratitude.
This practice is an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and give thanks — for our bodies, our breath, and the shared energy of community. We’ll close with a mindfulness meditation to cultivate warmth, connection, and a sense of belonging that extends beyond the mat.
Come as you are, and let this be a space to breathe, move, and give thanks — together. This is a free community class for all levels and abilities.
