Mother’s Day Mini-Retreat

Treat yourself—or someone you love—to a special opportunity to relax, restore balance, and feel truly cared for.

This 2.5-hour mini retreat is designed to nurture both body and mind. You’ll experience gentle vinyasa yoga, restorative poses, breathwork, and soothing sound healing with Tibetan bowls and tuning forks.

Guests will also enjoy a spa-like foot soak in warm water with Epsom salt and rose petals, sip on calming herbal tea, and take time for reflection by journaling intentions in a provided notebook.

Each participant will receive a beauty gift to inspire continued self-care at home.

Space is limited to just 12 participants to maintain an intimate and personalized experience. Advance registration is required.
