Expect a quiet, reflective class with supportive props, guided stretches, and time to unwind and reconnect with your breath.
You are welcome to stay afterward for tea and community.
Please bring your yoga mat, two blankets or thick towels. If you can, stay for a few minutes after the class for a cup of tea and to connect with other participants.
