Strawberry Rhubarb Sparkler (Alcohol-Free)

This alcohol-free beverage is perfect for a summer gathering or as a refreshing pick-me-up on a hot day. With its delicious flavor, vibrant color, cooling temperature, and effervescent sparkle, it’s a mood booster—minus the side effects of alcohol.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup fresh, sweet strawberries

  • ½ cup chopped rhubarb

  • Sparkling water

  • Ice cubes

  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup (or sugar) – adjust to taste

  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Method: 

  • Wash and chop the strawberries and rhubarb.

  • Add the strawberries, rhubarb, agave syrup, and enough filtered water to blend smoothly. Blend until well combined.

  • Pour the mixture into a pitcher. Add 2 or more cups of sparkling water and stir gently to mix.

  • Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the beverage over the ice.

  • Garnish each glass with a fresh basil leaf.
