Strawberry Rhubarb Sparkler (Alcohol-Free)

This alcohol-free beverage is perfect for a summer gathering or as a refreshing pick-me-up on a hot day. With its delicious flavor, vibrant color, cooling temperature, and effervescent sparkle, it’s a mood booster—minus the side effects of alcohol.
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh, sweet strawberries
½ cup chopped rhubarb
Sparkling water
Ice cubes
1 tablespoon agave syrup (or sugar) – adjust to taste
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Method:
Wash and chop the strawberries and rhubarb.
Add the strawberries, rhubarb, agave syrup, and enough filtered water to blend smoothly. Blend until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a pitcher. Add 2 or more cups of sparkling water and stir gently to mix.
Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the beverage over the ice.
Garnish each glass with a fresh basil leaf.
