I believe that healthy, mindful, and practical lifestyle is the key to healing, prevention, slowing down the aging process, and feeling good physically and emotionally. I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Registered Yoga Teacher, Tai Chi Instructor, and author of Finding Your Yoga: Essential Guide to a Healthy Lifestyle with Yoga and Ayurveda. As a coach, I have received certifications from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and the National Board of Medical Examiners. We work together as a team and create SMART goals, work through stages of change, and stay on the track by applying positive psychology, and motivational interviewing. You are always in the driver’s seat and I make sure we stay on the path or the turns we make are purposeful and intentional.
