What’s happening in June?

I will be out of town for the whole month of June, but I have my regular classes covered by experienced and devoted yoga teachers.

Diana Shellenberger is going to teach Gentle Yoga on Wednesdays at 10:30am at Izaak Walton.

Here are the substitutes for my regular classes at Longmont United Hospital:

  • Tuesdays, 10 am, Allison Rissel will be teaching Gentle Yoga

  • Wednesdays, 12:00 pm, Betsy Winn thoughtfully agreed to teach Vinyasa Flow

  • Thursdays, 4:30 pm, Allison Rissel will be teaching Restorative Yoga

There are NO monthly special Restorative Yoga classes at Izaak Walton during the summer. We will resume on Friday, September 6th.

My family and I are going to spend one week in New York City, and the rest of June at the beach in St. Augustine, Florida. The beach is my favorite place to rest, heal, and restore. I am planning to take care of myself, so I can continue to serve my yoga and tai chi community, lunch and learn support group, my health-coaching clients, my family, and my friends. I hope you create time to take care of yourself this summer, slow down in nature, connect with people you love, and “fill your cup” to stay grounded for yourself and other people who count on you.

If you are thinking of visiting Florida in June, please check out my calendar for two special workshops I will be teaching in St. Augustine, Florida, or let me know when you are free to take a walk with me on the beach.

Do you know any teenagers that might be interested in a Yoga and Mindfulness camp? I am offering one day-day events for teens in June and July through Longmont Rec Center. Please share these links with them: http://www.ubwell4life.com/event-calendar-1/2019/7/8/yoga-and-mindfulness and http://www.ubwell4life.com/event-calendar-1/2019/7/8/yoga-and-mindfulness-b3f8e .

UB Well this summer and always!

With gratitude,

Urszula
