What’s happening in August?
After much travelling during the early summer months, I am settling back in Longmont in August. I will be teaching all my regular yoga classes and I am available for private yoga and health-coaching sessions (please see more at www.ubwell4life.com). Thank you for your support during the summer, and I look forward to bringing you more yoga techniques, vibrant health, and well-being in the coming months!
Regular yoga schedule:
Gentle Yoga on Wednesdays 10:30 a.m. at Izaak Walton
Gentle Yoga on Tuesdays 10:00 a.m. at Longmont United Hospital
Vinyasa on Wednesday 12:00 p.m. at Longmont United Hospital
Restorative Yoga on Thursday 4:30 p.m. at Longmont United Hospital

Free outdoor Tai Chi Moving for Better Balance class on Thursday, August 15th 9:30 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.

The two-hour special Restorative Yoga once a month on Friday evenings will resume on September 6th at 6:00 p.m.
The 12-week Tai Chi Moving for Better Balance program will start on September 3rd. This program has a history of being full before it begins so please register early.
