Yin and Restore for Adrenal Fatigue with Urszula Bunting

If you are tired, stressed, or simply don’t feel your best, this 2-hour special class might be a good way to recharge and replenish your energy reserves. The practice consists of Yin and Restorative yoga postures, breathing techniques, and essential oils. This class is specifically designed to calm the nervous system and stimulate the natural way of our body and mind to heal, restore, and renew.

Minimum 6 participants and minimum $20 per person. Pay before or same day of workshop. 

Instructor Bio:

Urszula is an experienced Yoga Teacher trained in many therapeutic styles of yoga such as Restorative, Yin, Prenatal, and Yoga as Medicine. She is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Tai Chi Instructor, and a published author. Urszula currently lives in Colorado where she offerns classes, workshops, and retreats. She serves her community as a board member of a nonprofit organization – Colorado Learning Center of Human Anatomy, and she leads a discussion group exploring topics related to self-care, health-care, wellness, and happiness.
