You deserve it! This two-hour workshop is designed for everyone who is looking for a relaxing experience for the body and mind. The class will start with gentle Vinyasa and breathing exercises, followed by restorative yoga poses. For maximum comfort and relaxation we will use variety of props, essential oils, candles, and soothing classical music.
Minimum 6 participants and minimum $20 per person.
Urszula is an experienced Yoga Teacher trained in many therapeutic styles of yoga such as Restorative, Yin, Prenatal, and Yoga as Medicine. She is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Tai Chi Instructor, and a published author. Urszula currently lives in Colorado where she offerns classes, workshops, and retreats. She serves her community as a board member of a nonprofit organization – Colorado Learning Center of Human Anatomy, and she leads a discussion group exploring topics related to self-care, health-care, wellness, and happiness.
